With more than 20 years experience in the creative industry, Matt has spent the last 16 in Asia, leading branding programs for the world’s largest brand consultancies.
Evolving and establishing brands in Asia since 2000 enables Matt to bring a global, multi-cultural perspective to the work and his relationships with his clients.ﾠFrom airlines to finance and fashion to pharma his approach is rooted in key principles that ensure culturally-relevant, insightful experiences drive real value and tangible business change for clients.
Through a depth of international experience, in both consulting and client-side brand management roles, Ebrahim is able to advise clients with the necessary balance of strategic rigour, pragmatic thinking and empathy.
He has worked in Asia and the Middle East for over 20 years, with extensive international branding experience across a broad range of sectors, including financial services, telecoms, hospitality, pharmaceuticals, airlines, energy and FMCG.
MEET THE TEAM
Rob has 15 years of multi-disciplinary design experience working with leading brand and design consultancies in the Asia Pacific region.
Originally from New Zealand, he has a wide range of experience in both corporate and consumer brand development for leading agencies and architectural firms.
As well as a long list of international credentials, Rob's Singapore clients have included HDB, Sport Singapore, National Library Board, HCS, F&N, Surbana, Olam Group, SMU, Kaplan University and PSB Academy.
With a PhD in Customer Experience Management, Alisha brings with her experience in developing insight-driven strategies for regional and global brands.
Originally from Australia, Alisha is passionate about creatively solving complex business challenges and delivering meaningful brand experiences for our clients across the globe.
Madeline graduated from Central Saint Martins in London and believes that design solutions should always provide a logical, effective impact for a client's business.
Maddy brings a multi-disciplinary view to Optimotto that is rooted in a love for the lines, nuances and subtleties of typography.
